Upon selection, Strata Minders will affect insurance on your behalf which will include:

Establishment Services

Strata Minders creates the Owners Corporation register, records and administrative procedures in accordance with legislative requirements. This is done prior to settlement and includes but not limited to the following:

Pricing is competitive but more importantly all trades people are required to have Public Liability insurance as well as Worker’s Compensation insurance and appropriate licensing, where applicable.
